general information: Any special requirement by the tourist/pilgrims may be communicated to us at least 30 days prior to departure. We shall endeavour to fulfill the requirement if conditions permit us. | Tourist / Pilgrims are required to fill a standard liability release prior to the trip acknowledging awareness that some risks are associated with the trip. | Cancellation of the reservations can be made by the tourists/pilgrims subject to the following refund conditions : 30 days prior to departure - Full Refund | 30 - 15 Days Prior to departure - 50% Refund | 15 - 10 Days prior to departure - 25% Refund. | In case of the tourists / pilgrims deciding to conclude their trip before the scheduled period on account of personal or other reasons, they shall have no claim for any refund of money. | In the event of inadequate booking or unforeseen circumstances the tour may be cancelled and in such a case money will be refunded. | Tourists/Pilgrims requiring a travel certificate will be provided one against the amount of transport charges only. | Tourists/Pilgrims are requested to report 01 hour prior to eparture time. | All the aforementioned terms and conditions are subject to revision, addition and alterationon part of management.
